Demand Response Service: Door-to-door service within McDonough County. Service is available Mon-Fri. from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. All transportation vehicles are accessible for persons with disabilities. Seniors ride for free.

Fixed Route Service: Go West Transit provides scheduled routes covering the city and campus and are available 7 days a week during the regular WIU School year and 6 days a week during summer and WIU breaks. Free service to everyone.

Out of County Non-Emergency Medical Transportation: Door-to-door service for medical appointments within 2 hours of Macomb. Reservations should be made well in advance of appointment date. The round trip fare is $5.00 and attendants or caregivers ride for free.
